Introduction[]
Strong style (ストロングスタイル) is a term that refers to songs with hard charts that do not use any BPM changes, if any, or stops, but heavy uses of 12th or 16th notes generally at fast speeds (usually 170-200 BPM) as the basis of the main difficulty. As such, they will generally have high Stream and Chaos values (usually over 100 for either one; sometimes both may be over 100). This term applies only to songs with charts rated Level 15 or higher (with the exception of B4U ("VOLTAGE" Special), whose Single chart is Level 14 but its Double chart is Level 15) and charts that do not have Shock Arrows.
The maximum difficulty for a song with a strong style chart is Level 18 (currently held by 嘆きの樹's Challenge charts)
